Order Confirmation
Customers must review and approve all custom order details before production begins.

Production Time
Custom products require 7-14 business days for production before shipping.

Changes and Cancellation 

• Changes: Requests for changes must be made within 24 hours of order placement.

• Cancellations: Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Customer Responsibility

Ensure all customization details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items
• Custom Products: Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately Or within 24 hours of delivery

• Initiation: Contact us at our email  shop.bahava@gmail.com  OR Whatsapp number 732-284-8893 to initiate a return.

• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for exchange requests.
